Dear Elite Live In Care, I am writing to gratefully sing the praises of two Elite Live In Care employees, Nikki and Joanna. On Tuesday 22nd January, my husband tripped and fell in Market Street, Eastleigh. Nikki and Joanna took him into a branch of Santander and called paramedics because he had badly cut his upper lip and had a nose bleed. He was also badly shaken up. They stayed with him until I arrived and until I brought the car round to pick him up. They also telephoned me to let me know where he was and what had happened. We eventually went to the general in Southampton where they stitched his upper lip. All the swelling has nearly gone down although he does still have the remains of a bruise across his nose. However, he does feel much better in himself. We are so grateful to Nikki and Joanna for stopping and being there, both for Keith and myself. They are a credit to Elite Live In Care.

We were very impressed and pleased with the support and service offered to us by Nikki Barrow. She was extremely professional, pleasant and reassuring. The carer, Marie, who came to live in for a week, proved to be ideal. She coped well with my elderly mother; who can be rather demanding (due to her dementia) and needs a great deal of reassurance. Dad really appreciates his carer Rita, and the support from office staff Nikki and Donna. There is now an excellent handover scheme in place. All carers treat Dad as an individual and are empathetic towards him. Care has evolved for Dad, from semi-independent to now being completely dependant on others which has always been handled in a professional and sympathetic way. Knowing Dad has high quality care is so important to me.

To whom it may concern, I am a social worker and I have been working with Nikki Barrow from the Eastleigh office since August this year as she is providing the care provision for a lady who is living at home. From the very start of talking to Nikki, I found her level of enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to what we are trying to achieve very refreshing indeed. Nikki has shown a very positive, can do attitude. Her communication is very good, she is always clear about things, meets timescales and feedback from this lady's family members about Nikki is also very positive. Nikki clearly knows her job very well, she has a very good relationship with my service user and it appears that nothing is too much trouble for her. She has taken on the mantle of responsibility of helping me plan my service user's week so that she is able to access local community actions which also helps meets the carer breaks. The carer employed by your service, Rati, is also showing the same positive attitude and passion for her job as Nikki. She has a delightful manner and is clearly assisting my service user re-engage living back in her home again after a long period away for a variety of reasons. To all at Elite Live In Care, I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who was involved in the care of my mother Joyce Wensley. The service and care provided was second to none. From the start to the finish nothing was too much trouble and the individual carer provided was exceptionally good. She looked after my mum with such care and understanding it gave the family a lot of confidence that when we weren't there mum was being well looked after.
